  • 1/2 c fresh basil, leaves only
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/8 t salt
  • 1/8 t celery salt
  • 1 3/4 c extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c red wine vinegar
  • 1-2 dashes Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 T stone ground mustard
  • 1 1/2 t honey

Step 1

In a blender, blend basil, garlic, salt and celery salt. With blender running, drizzle in olive oil. Add vinegar, worcestershire sauce, mustard and honey; mix thoroughly, chill and serve.
