Ingredients
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 1 1 onion, diced
- 2 2 can 2 (15-oz) can chili beans, drained
- 1 1 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 2 envelopes 2 (4-oz) envelopes butter and herb mashed potatoes
- 1 1 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook beef and onion in an ovenproof skillet until browned and crumbly; drain. Add beans and barbecue sauce; simmer 8 minutes.
Prepare potatoes according to package directions. Preheat broiler.
Spoon potatoes over meat mixture in skillet; sprinkle with cheese. Broil until potatoes begin to brown.
