Ingredients

  • 2 cups sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 2 T flour
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • 1 T jalapeno peppers (canned), finely chopped
  • 9 inch pie shell

Step 1

Toss cheese and flour. Combine eggs, milk, salt, bacon, pecans and peppers, mixing well. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr or until set.
