Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 envelope beef stew seasoning
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 4 cups water or chicken broth
- 4 chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 lb. shrimp, crawfish or prebrowned chicken
- tony's seasoning
- salt and pepper

Step 1
Spray dutch oven with PAM and saute vegetables until wilted. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Decrease heat and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
