Ingredients
- 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Cold Butter
- 1 Cup Cold Crisco
- 7-8 Tlsp Ice cold water

Step 1
Cut butter and Crisco into flour and salt until the fat peices are about pea sized. Add water 1 T at a time until the dough comes together, but not sticky.
Wrap ball of dough in plastic and refrigerate for 30 mins. Split in half and roll into 10in. pie rounds.
