Ingredients
- 3 3 3 big potatos

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Place the potatoes in aluminum foil, add the butter and the grain salt, wrap and bake for 40 minutes.
Place the potatoes on a short board the top and with a spoon hollow the potatoes, reserve the filling.
In a pan over medium heat, fry the bacon , add the ham, onion, garlic, potato filling, cream cheese, parsley and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
