  • 1 1/2 lb boneless chicken thighs, quartered
  • 3 tbsp minced fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion or shallots
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp packed lt brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup sliced green onions

Heat skillet over med-high heat, add oil, cook chicken 3-5 min or until browned. Add ginger, shallots and garlic, cook and stir 1 min, add all remaining ing except water and green onions, bring to boil, boil 1 min until sauce thickens.
