Ingredients

  • 4-6 Style Boneless Pork Ribs-Around 4-6 pounds
  • 1 1 1 Medium Onion
  • 2 2 2 Jalapenos
  • 1 18oz 1 18oz 18oz Bottle original Baby Ray's Barbecue sauce
  • 1 1 1 cup Pineapple juice
  • 2 2 2 Tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 1 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon red pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Instructions

Thinly Slice the onion and place them in the bottom of a crock pot
Place the ribs on top of the onions
Place sliced jalapenos on top of the meat
Reserve abot 3-4 Tablespoons of BBQ sauce and set aside
Pour the rest of the BBQ Sauce into a bowl
One the cup of pineapple juice in the bottle and shake well, pour it into the bowl
Add the chili powder, salt, pepper, red pepper, and vinegar.
Mix well, pour over the ribs. Make sure the sauce gets to the bottle with the onions
Cook on high for 4 hours or low 8 hours
When done carefully place the ribs on a foil lined baking sheet
Bast the ribs with the reserved BBQ sauce
Place under the broiler on the top rack of the oven until the slightly get brown , mine took about 10 minutes
Serve with the cooked onions and jalapenos
