Ingredients
- 2 2 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1 1 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup flour
- 2 2 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 2 2 tablespoons chopped onions
- 2 2 2 tablespoons chopped celery
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 2 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 1 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Rub tenderloin lightly with garlic, and coat with flour,
In a large pot heat oil and brown meat well on all sides. Add onions, celery, and mushrooms; cook until golden brown. Add chicken broth. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours on stove top.
Add Worcestershire sauce, and cook uncovered 10-15 minutes until sauce has thickened.
