Asian Grilled Salmon

- 1 1 3-pounds) side of fresh salmon, boned but skin on (about 3-pounds)
- 2 2 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 3 3 teaspoons soy sauce
- 6 6 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 12 12 teaspoons garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients of the marinade and use half of it to marinate 4 equal fillets of salmon for about 10 minutes.
Place salmon skin side down on a hot grill or grill pan; discard the marinade the fish was sitting in. Grill for 4 to 5 minutes on both sides, depending on the thickness of the fish. Might be slightly raw in the center but it will continue to cook.
Serve salmon with the reserved marinade on top.
