  • 1 1 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 organic ripe peeled pitted avocado
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 organic ripe peeled banana
  • Small handful Small handful organic baby spinach
  • Kosher salt

Preparation

Step 1

1 Prep the smoothie ingredients

Using a sharp knife, peel the lime; cut the lime in half crosswise then coarsely chop the fruit. Discard any seeds.
In a blender, combine the chopped lime with the coconut water, avocado, banana, and spinach. Season lightly with salt and blend until smooth.

2 Serve
Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve.
