Ingredients

- 8 8 oz boxes Two 8 oz boxes of Zatarain’s Spanish Rice=cook this separately per the package.
- 5 5 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 2 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1 1 lg onion, chopped
- 10.5 10.5 OZ cans Two 10.5 OZ cans of cream of chicken condensed soup
- 15 15 oz cans Two 15 oz cans of corn, drained.
- 2.5 2.5 2.5 cups chicken stock.
- 3 3 cans 3 small cans of mild green chillis

Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken into crockpot and season with 1 tablespoon salt and pepper.
Sprinkle chopped onions on top.
Mix together the chicken broth and the can of cream of chicken soup.
Pour this mixture over the chicken
Cover crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours.
Prepare the Zatarian’s Spanish Rice in a sauce pan following the box.
Right before serving, shred chicken with 2 forks on a plate. Return to crockpot
Add in cooked rice pot, shredded cheese, chillis and corn
Mix well until cheese is melted.
