  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups beer
  • 3 3 1/2 large onions, in 1/2 inches slices
  • hot oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour and salt; stir in beer and beat until smooth. Chill for 3 hours. Separate onions into rings. dip into batter and fry in oil until golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle with salt.Keep warm in 200 oven. This batter can be used on all vegetables
and peppers
