  • 3 3 3 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 1 1 pound fresh mushrooms such as button,cremini stemmed shiitakes sliced
  • 1 1 1 shallot finely chopped
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup oil-packed dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 1 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
  • 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup whipping cream

Step 1

Melt butter in skillet,over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms. Cook stirring occasionally, 4 minuets or until browned. Add shallot; cook 2 minuets Add dried tomatoes; thyme, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Add wine. Cook and stir; scraping up browned bits of pan. Add cream. Simmer, uncovered, 2 minuets or until slightly thickened. Serve.
