Ingredients
- 4-6 pears (peeled and halved)
- 1 ½ cups of sugar
- 3 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon honey to taste
- 3 tablespoons of triple sec

Preparation
Step 1
1. Make the syrup by mixing sugar and water (adding honey optional) and bring to boiling point.
2. Poach pears for 10 minutes.
3. Add liqueur and cool.
4. Put in glass jar and refrigerate.
