Ingredients
- 1 (11 oz) can whole kernel sweet corn, undrained
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup cubed peeled potatoes
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tbsps chicken-flavored instant bouillon
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsps all-purpose flour

Step 1
In a large saucepan, combine corn, onion potatoes, water and bouillon. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups of the milk and the butter. In a small bowl, combine remaining 1/4 cup milk and flour; beat with wire whisk until smooth. Add flour mixture to chowder; cook and stir until bubbly and thickened.
