Ingredients
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1 1 1 egg yolk
- Beat until fluffy
- 1/2 in 1/2 cup cherries
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup mashed banana
- 1 1 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 1 1 cup coconut

Preparation
Step 1
Line bottom of 9x9 pan with graham wafers. Cut to fit exactly.
Spread mixture evenly over wafers. Cover with another layer of wafers. Spread with cherry butter icing and chill at least 24 hours.
Cherry Butter Icing
Cream 2 tbsps butter. Gradually add 1 cup icing sugar and 2 or 3 tbsp of cherry juice
