Ingredients
- MARINADE:
- 4 4 4 tbsp. lemon juice
- 5 5 5 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1 1 cube frozen ginger
- 3 3 3 cubes frozen dill
- 4 4 4 cubes frozen parsley
- 4 4 4 cubes frozen garlic
- 1 1 1 cube frozen basil
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1 1 pound chicken cutlets pounded thin
- SALAD:
- romaine lettuce,chopped
- plum tomato,diced
- persian cucumber,diced
- red onion,sliced into rings
- avocado,sliced thinly

Preparation
Step 1
1. Whisk all marinade ingredients together. Reserve half for dressing and other half marinade chicken in for 2 hours.
2. Broil chicken. slice thinly.
3. Arrange all salad ingredients on a plate. Top with chicken then reserved dressing.
