Ingredients
- 24 24 24 ounces sausage
- 8 8 8 slices bacon, crisp
- 15 15 15 eggs
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup milk
- 1 1 1 cup sour cream
- 2 2 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup diced green chilies
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup green onion
- 1 1 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1 1 teaspoon pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a large skillet crumble sausage and cook until done. Drain grease and set aside. In another skillet cook bacon until crispy, place on paper towel, pat off excess grease. In a large mixing bowl add eggs, milk, sour cream, and seasoning. Whisk until mixed well.
Add sausage and bacon to eggs. Pour into a greased 9 X 13 baking dish. Bake uncovered for approximately 55 – 60 minutes, or until eggs are set
Serve with Hash Browns.
