Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
- 1 pkg. divided onion soup mix
- 2 Tbs. parsley
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup or more sour cream
- rice or noodles

Step 1
Mix ( reserve 1/2 pkg. onion soup) and form into small balls. Fry until brown on all sides. Pour rest of package of onion soup into pan, add 1/2 cup water, and simmer 25 minutes. When ready to serve, add 1 cup or more of sour cream; heat gentley; do not boil. can be served over rice or noodles.
