Ingredients

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup white Karo syrup
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 5 cups Rice Krispies
  • 6 oz chocolate chips
  • 6 oz butterscotch chips

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar and Karo syrup in a large heavy pan. Stir and bring to boil. Remove from heat.

Immediately add peanut butter and stir well. Add 5 cups of Rice Krispies. Pat into greased 13 x 9 pan.

In double boiler melt chocolate and butterscotch chips. When completely melted, spread on krispies layer, leave at room temperature.
