Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a shallow dish or heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add chicken. Cover or seal, and chill 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
2. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade.
3. Grill chicken, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350F to F) 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until done. Garnish, if desired.
