Basic Meatballs

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450

Stir all ingredients except ground meat in a large mixing bow.

Add ground meat and mix.

Shape the meat mixture into 2" diameter.

Coat a baking sheet or shallow roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Space meatballs on the pan so they do not touch.

Cover bottom of pan with beef broth. Bake 25 minutes or until the meatballs are just cooked through.
