- 6 egg yolks or 3 eggs beaten
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/2 t. lemon extract
- 1/2 t. orange extract
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 t. soda
- 1 t. cream of tartar

Preparation
Step 1
Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add yolks of eggs and flavoring. Beat. Combine dry ingredients and add to first mixture. Shape into 1-inch balls. Bake in moderate oven at 400° for 12-15 minutes. Cool.
