Thai Basil Chicken is a quick and easy to make Thai dish with bold flavours which can be served with steamed rice or noodles.

Ingredients
- 2 2 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 2 2 tsp Garlic Chopped
- 2 2 2 tsp Ginger Chopped
- 1 1 1 cup Onion Cut into cubes
- 2-3 2-3 2-3 Green Chilli Slit into halves
- 300 300 300 g Boneless Chicken Coarsely Chopped
- 2 2 2 tsp Fish Sauce
- 1 1 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 2 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- to to taste
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 1 1 cup Thai Holy Basil Torn into small pieces

Instructions
Heat oil in a wok.
Once the oil is hot, add garlic and ginger and fry for a few seconds.
Add onion and green chilli and fry for a minute.
Add chicken and cook till chicken is almost done. ( 3-4 minutes )
Add fish sauce, oyster sauce, dark say sauce, salt, brown sugar and pepper and cook for a minute.
Switch off the heat and add the Thai basil in the wok.
Mix well.
Serve hot with jasmine rice or noodles.
