Ingredients
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 pounds cube steak
- 1 1 1 cup beef broth
- 1 1 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 package Lipton onion soup mix
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 1 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 1 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Salt and pepper the cube steak.
Dip both sides in the flour and shake excess off.
Heat a skillet with vegetable oil.
Brown both sides of each piece of steak.
Spray the slow cooker with a cooking spray.
Layer the sliced onions and bell pepper.
Layer the steak on top of the onions and bell pepper.
Mix the mushroom soup, onion soup mix, beef broth, Worcestershire, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning and paprika. Pour over the cube steak, onions and bell pepper.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
