Ingredients
- 10 10 10 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 1/8 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 2 cans 2 (4-ounce) cans chopped green chilies
- 1 1 1 pint cottage cheese
- 4 4 4 cups grated Cheddar or Jack Cheese
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
• Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
• Grease a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
• In a large mixing bowl, mix the ingredients together on the order in which they are listed here. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
• Bake for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for 20-22 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes clean.
This recipe can be halved and baked according to directions in a greased 9” pie plate for 6 servings. Bake for 10 minutes before reducing heat to 350.
