IN a shallow pan combine 1 1/2 c panko brad cumbs, 3/4 c fresh grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 c choppded fresh parsley and 1 tsp minced garlic. In another shllow pan combine 2/3 c Dijon mustard adn 3 tbsp dry white wine. Dip 8 (6-7 oz) chicken breasts in mustard mixture, roll in bread cumb mixture to coat. Arrange chicken in sahllow 10x15 in jelly roll pan, Refigerate covered up to 8 hours. To bake, drizzle chicken with metled butter and bake uncovered in pre heated 350 degree oven approx 35 min until insant read thermometor reads 165.
