  • 1 pound Pasta
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 bunch Fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt

Preparation Instructions

1. Thaw the shrimp if necessary.

2. Bring a pot of slightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions. When done, drain off the water and set the pasta aside.

3. Peel and slice garlic cloves as thinly as possible.

4. Put the sliced garlic in a skillet with 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes or until golden.

5. Add shrimp and cook for 5-7 minutes over medium heat or until golden, then turn off the heat.

6. Wash and chop the fresh parsley.

7. Add pasta and chopped parsley to the pan and stir for 3-4 minutes. Stir in salt.

8. Serve and enjoy your Spanish pasta recipe with shrimp, garlic and extra virgin olive oil.
