Ingredients
- Salsa
- 2 2 2 honey crisp apples, diced
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 C seedless watermelon, diced
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 C apple cider vinegar
- 1 1 1 T lime zest
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 lime juiced
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 t pepper
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 T red pepper flakes
- 1 1 1 handful cilantro, chopped
- Ahi tuna tacos
- 2 4 2 4 4 oz ahi tuna steaks
- salt & pepper
- 1 1 1 T olive oil
- 1 1 1 C shredded lettuce
- 6 6 6 6” 6 - 6” corn tortillas

Preparation
Step 1
In medium bowl add salsa ingredients. Stir together, then refrigerate 1 hour before using.
Pat tuna dry and season both sides with salt & pepper
heat oil in skillet, sear tuna, when cooled cut into bite sized pieces.
Warm tortillas in skillet. divide tuna among tortillas, top with shredded lettuce and salsa.
