  • 2 2 2 honey crisp apples, diced
  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 C seedless watermelon, diced
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 C apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1 1 T lime zest
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 lime juiced
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 t pepper
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 T red pepper flakes
  • 1 1 1 handful cilantro, chopped
  • Ahi tuna tacos
  • 2 4 2 4 4 oz ahi tuna steaks
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 1 1 T olive oil
  • 1 1 1 C shredded lettuce
  • 6 6 6 6” 6 - 6” corn tortillas

Preparation

Step 1

In medium bowl add salsa ingredients. Stir together, then refrigerate 1 hour before using.


Pat tuna dry and season both sides with salt & pepper
heat oil in skillet, sear tuna, when cooled cut into bite sized pieces.

Warm tortillas in skillet. divide tuna among tortillas, top with shredded lettuce and salsa.
