- Masa (dough):

- Filling:

- 1 1 1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
- 3-4 3-4 3-4 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
- 2 to 3 2 to 3 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 2 2 pounds pork butt or shoulder, cut into small cubes
- 1 1 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 can water
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 2 2 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- to and pepper to taste
