Ingredients
- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained (reserve liquid)
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
- paprika to garnish
- red onion to garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients (except paprika and onion) in food processor and blend until creamy. Add up to 2 tbsp. of reserved bean liquid to make homous desired consistency.
Serve with toasted pita bread.
