  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup finely diced onions
  • I small sliced red PePPer
  • 1 pkg Knorr hollandaise sauce,
  • prepared as directed on
  • pacltage
  • 1 lb sliced chicken breasts
  • Approx 10 asparagus spears,
  • steamed, or 1 can Green
  • Giant asparagus tiPs
  • 1 1/2 cups shr,>dded mozzarella
  • cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp each oregano and basil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh lasagna noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Saute mushrooms and onions in a little butter and put aside. Fry chicken
breast strips in a little oil and add salt and pepper io taste'.Add basil and
oregano and mix. Arrange as follows. Spread a little hollandaise sauce on
bottinr of tasagna pan. Place first layer of 3 noodlea. SpieaC 1i'3 chicken,
1/3 onian anO
-musnroom mixture and 'l13 hollandaise sauce" Spread ii3
parmesan and mozzarella. Add ancthei' iayer of .noodles. Spread
asparargus tips and reci pepper slices. Repeat- chicken, onion and
misnrc"oms and cheeses. Piace another layer of noodles on top and
finally 1/3 chicken, 1/3 onion and mushrooms and 1/3 hollandaise sauce'
Place 1 last layer of noodles and cover with remaining hollandaise sauce
and cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes at 3lr0"F. Let stand 10
minutes before serving.
