Jalapeno Slaw (for tacos)

Ingredients

• Dressing:
• 1 1 1 bag slaw mix
• 1 1 1 Tbsp red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 1 1 Tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup jalapeno, thinly sliced
• 1 1 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 1 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 Tbsp. lime juice
• 1 1 1 tsp. lime zest
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
• 2 2 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
• 1 1 1 tsp. salt
