Ingredients
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup (72 grams) gochujang
- 2 2 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 1 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 1 1 tablespoon dry sherry
- 1 1 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 2 2 teaspoons sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Combine gochujang, lemon juice, ginger, soy sauce, sherry, sesame oil and sugar in a small bowl and whisk to blend well. Store in a glass jar in the fridge.
Use to marinate chicken, beef, pork or seafood. I used it the first time with pork tenderloin in my Pork Sticks recipe for the Actifry.
