ASIAN****Gochujang Stir-Fry Sauce 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup (72 grams) gochujang
  • 2 2 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 1 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 1 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 1 1 tablespoon dry sherry
  • 1 1 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 2 2 teaspoons sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine gochujang, lemon juice, ginger, soy sauce, sherry, sesame oil and sugar in a small bowl and whisk to blend well. Store in a glass jar in the fridge.

Use to marinate chicken, beef, pork or seafood. I used it the first time with pork tenderloin in my Pork Sticks recipe for the Actifry.
