Ingredients
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 2 2 tbsp. sour cream
- 2 2 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 2 2 tbsp. extra-virgin oil
- 1 1 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 1 1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1 1 tbsp. grated pecorino romano cheese
- 1 1 clove 1 small clove of garlic, minced
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- pinch pinch of sugar
- to salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Step 1
Whisk mayonnaise , sour cream, vinegar, olive oil, garlic, oregano, sugar, 1/4 tsp salt and a few grinds of pepper in a medium bowl.
Stir in parsley, parmesan and romano cheeses.
Taste and season with more salt and pepper if needed.
Keep refrigerated for up to one week.
