Ingredients
- 1/2cup1/2 cup butter
- 2cans2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2cups1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2cups2 cups sour cream
- 1/2cup1/2 cup chopped onion
- 32 oz pkg32 oz pkg frozen shredded or cubed hash brown potatoes
- 3cups3 cups coarsely crushed corn flakes
- 2tblsp2 tblsp melted butter

Step 1
Preheat 350 degrees
Spray 9 X 13 inch baking dish with PAM non-stick cooking spray.
Melt 1/2 cup butter in a large bowl. Add cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese and onions. Mix thoroughly.
Stir in hash brown potato.
Spread into prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle corn flakes evenly over top of potato mixture. Drizzle with the
2 tbsp. of butter.
Bake in preheated oven.
For shredded hash browns bake for about 30 minutes.
For cubed hash browns bake for 55-60 minutes.
