Ingredients
- 4 4 2 pork chops, bone in (about 2 pounds)
- 1 1 1 onion, sliced
- 4 4 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup (60 g) flour
- 3 3 3 cups (700 mL) chicken broth
- 2 2 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 2 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1 1 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 1 1 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon salt

Step 1
Place the pork chops on the bottom. Add the sliced onion and the minced garlic on top of the pork.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the flour together with the chicken stock until blended. Stir in the mustard and the spices before pouring over the pork chops. Cook on low for 4 hours.
Once ready, remove the pork chops from the slow cooker and serve with the cooking gravy.
Pro tip: For an added flavor boost, we recommend browning your pork chops on both sides in a large frying pan over high heat before adding them to the slow cooker.
