Ingredients

  • 4 4 2 pork chops, bone in (about 2 pounds)
  • 1 1 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 4 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup (60 g) flour
  • 3 3 3 cups (700 mL) chicken broth
  • 2 2 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 2 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1 1 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 1 1 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon salt

Step 1

Place the pork chops on the bottom. Add the sliced onion and the minced garlic on top of the pork.

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the flour together with the chicken stock until blended. Stir in the mustard and the spices before pouring over the pork chops. Cook on low for 4 hours.

Once ready, remove the pork chops from the slow cooker and serve with the cooking gravy.
