Strawberry Butter

One way to use past-their-prime strawberries.

Ingredients

• 1 1 1 stick softened butter
• 1 1 1 cup chopped, stemmed strawberries
• 1 1 1 Tbsp confectioners' sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat on medium speed until fluffy, about 2 minutes.
