  • 1.5 1.5 1.5 C firmly packed fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 1 1 1 C olive oil
  • 3/4 3/4 3/4 C firmly packed fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 2 2 serrano chiles, stemmed
  • 1.5 1.5 1.5 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp ground cumin

Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth, about 30 seconds. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
