A new twist on the Julep.
- 12 12 12 muddled mint leaves
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 t. superfine sugar
- 2 2 2 oz. gin
- Crushed ice
Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 10mins

Muddle the mint leaves with the sugar in the bottom or a julep cup or glass until mint starts to break down.
Add gin; stir until sugar dissolves.
Add ice to fill cup/glass 3/4 of the way.
Top with seltzer.
Stir, top with more crushed ice, and garnish with a mint sprig.
