  • 12 12 12 muddled mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 t. superfine sugar
  • 2 2 2 oz. gin
  • Crushed ice
  • Seltzer

Step 1

Muddle the mint leaves with the sugar in the bottom or a julep cup or glass until mint starts to break down.
Add gin; stir until sugar dissolves.
Add ice to fill cup/glass 3/4 of the way.
Top with seltzer.
Stir, top with more crushed ice, and garnish with a mint sprig.
Serve immediately.
