Evelyn’s Pie Crust

Ingredients

• 3 Cups Flour
• 1 Teaspoon salt
• 1 Cup + 1 Tablespoon shortening
• 1 Egg Beaten
• 1 Tablespoon vinegar
• 1/3 Cup Cold Water

Preparation

Step 1

Sift flour & salt.
Cut in shortening.
Beat egg, vinegar & water and add to mixture.

Makes 3 pie crusts
