Ingredients
- 3 Cups Flour
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Cup + 1 Tablespoon shortening
- 1 Egg Beaten
- 1 Tablespoon vinegar
- 1/3 Cup Cold Water

Step 1
Sift flour & salt.
Cut in shortening.
Beat egg, vinegar & water and add to mixture.
Makes 3 pie crusts
