Ingredients
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 lb. black & green olives
- 4 4 4 ribs celery, thinly sliced
- 2 2 2 T olive oil
- 1 1 1 T lemon juice
- salt
- Crushed red pepper
- 3 3 3 T minced parsley
- 4 4 4 Romaine leaves
- 4 4 slice 4 thin slice prosciutto
- breadsticks

Preparation
Step 1
Toss olives & celery with olive oil, lemon juice & crushed red pepper. Add parsley & toss. Marinate for at least 15 min. Serve our romaine & garnish with prosciutto & breadsticks
