Ingredients

• 100 100# 100# cabbage
• 1-1/2 1-1/2 1-1/2 gallons ketchup
• 10 10# 10# sugar
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 gallon vinegar
• 8 8 8 oz salt
• 8 8 8 oz black pepper
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup cayenne pepper

• 5 5# 5# cabbage
• 1-1/4 1-1/4 1-1/4 cup ketchup
• 1 1 1 cup sugar
• 1/4 1/4 2 1 plus 2 tbs, 1 tsp vinegar
• 2-1/2 2-1/2 2-1/2 tsp salt
• 2-1/2 2-1/2 2-1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1/8 1/8 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
