Vinaigrette Dressing

This recipe can be modified by adding such ingredients as Dijon mustard, chopped fresh herbs (basil, oregano, parsley). Read label on balsamic vinegar as many have added sugar. Substitute Distilled white, rice, wine, red wine, apple cider.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black or white pepper
- pinch sea salt

Step 1
Combine the ingredients in a 12 oz. jar with a lid. Cover the jar tightly and shake to combine. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, shaking before using.
