    box Ronzoni Oven Ready Lasagna

  • Approx. 3 cups Basic Marinara Sauce

  • Approx. 32 oz. Ricotta Cheese

    Egg slightly beaten

  • ½

    tsp dried basil

  • ½

    tsp dried oregano

  • ½

    tsp dried parsley

  • or 2 tsp fresh parsley

    oz. shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Approx. ½ cup grated Locatelli cheese


Heat oven to 350. In bowl mix Ricotta, egg, spices and ¼ cup Locatelli. Spread some marinara sauce on bottom of 13X9X2 pan. Place 3 sheets of pasta on top of sauce – no need to overlap, they will expand. Spoon Ricotta mixture on top of pasta, sprinkle with mozarella cheese and some marinara sauce. Add some Locatelli too, if you like. Make another few layers of pasta, then mozzarella, then sauce. Finish with a top layer of pasta, lots of sauce to cover and mozzarella and Locatelli. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking for about another 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
