Mustard Chicken with Deviled Crumbs

Ingredients
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 C Dijon mustard
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 C dry white wine
- 4 4 4 t EVOO
- 2 2 2 t Worcestershire sauce
- 4 4 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves
- 2 2 2 T butter
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 C panko
- 3 3 3 large minced garlic cloves
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 t cayenne
- Salt & pepper
- 3 3 3 T field grated Parmigiano these

Preparation
Step 1
Combine mustard, wine, oil & Worcestershire in 9x13" baking dish. Add chicken, turn to coat well & set aside 15 min.
Meanwhile in 10" skillet, heat butter over med-lo heat. Add panic & cook, stirring until crumbs are golden. Add garlic & cook until crumbs are golden brown, @ 1 more minute. Season with cayenne, 1/2 t salt & 1/4 t pepper
Heat grill pan to med-hi. Grill reserved breasts until just thru, @ 4 min. per side. Transfer to large platter & let rest for a few minutes. Toss Parmigiano with crumbs, sprinkle over chicken & serve\\.
Serve with lime scented rice & roasted broccoli
