Ingredients

  • 24 oz frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 5 1/3 tbsp (16tsp) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 cup jalapeno jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup diced ham

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 425F. Press hash browns into quiche pan. Blot with paper towels to remove all moisture. Brush with melted butter and bake for 25 mins.

2. Remove from oven and reduce heat to 350F. Mix eggs, half and half and salt. Put cheeses and ham in hash brown shell. Pour egg mixture over top. Bake 40-50 mins.
