Ingredients
- 8 Boneless Skinless
- Chicken Breast Halves
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- Paprika And Garlic Powder
- 2 Jars Mancini Red And Green
- Fried Sweet Peppers
- 1 16 Oz. Can Mushroom Pieces
- 1 3/4 Cups Chablis Wine

Step 1
1. Cut Breasts In Halves, (16) Crosswis And Pound Thin. Dip in Beaten Egg And Crumbs
2. Saute In Oil On Both Sides
3. Layer In Large 9x13 Dish. Pour Peppers And Mushrooms And Seasoning On Top. Refrigerate Over Night Pour Wine Over Top Before Baking. Bake at 350 Degrees, 1 Hour, Uncovered.
