- 2 2 2 TABLESPOON LIME JUICE
- 2 2 2 TABLESPON LEMON JUICE
- 2 2 2 TABLESPOON AND 2 TEASP OLIVE OIL
- 1 1 1 TABLESPOON RED WINE VINEGAR
- 1 1 1 TABLESPOON FINELY CHOPPED CILANTRO
- 1 1 1 TABLESPOON FINELY CHOPPED FRESH PARSLEY
- 1 1 1 TABLESPOON FINELY CHOPPED FRESH BASIL
- 1/8 1/8 1/8 TEASP SALT
- 1/8 1/8 1/8 TEASP PEPPER
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 TEASP MINCED GARLIC
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 TEASP CRUSHED RED PEPPER
- 1 1 1 LB JUMBO SHRIMP PEELED AND DEVEINED

Step 1
COMBINE LIME JUICE, LEMON JUICE, OLIVE OIL AND VINEGAR IN A LARGE BOWL. ADD CILANTRO, PARSLEY, BASIL SALT PEPPER, GARLIC AND CRUSHED RED PEPPER MIX THOROUGHLY.
ADD SHRIMP AND TOSS TO COAT. COVER AND REF FOR 1-2 HOURS TOSSING OCCASIONALLY.
PREHEAT GRILL FOR MED HIGH HEAT
PLACE SHRIMP IN A GRILL BASKET. GRILL SHRIMP UNTIL PINK ON THE OUTSIDE AND OPAQUE IN THE CENTER, 5-6 MINUTES. STIRRING REGULARLY DURING COOKING.
